Delivery and charges

Our aim is to make life as easy as possible for you and your shopping experience pleasurable. If your question is not answered below, please contact us and we will do our best to help you. By using this site or placing an order, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

For your security and peace of mind, on-line credit and debit card payments are processed by PayPal Europe. You do not need a PayPal account, simply enter your debit/credit card details when you check-out. More information about our secure online payments .

Ordering
To place an order, simply click on the “Add to Cart” button. You can continue shopping and adding items to your cart until you are ready to checkout.

If you would like to view your current order at any time, simply click on the “View Items” link at the top of every page. This will also allow you to amend your order alter quantities or remove items, before proceeding to checkout.

You will be contacted by email with full details of your order.

If you prefer, you may place your order by telephone and send a cheque (sterling only) for the amount due.

Delivery
We usually dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving funds. We aim to only display items which we have in stock, though occasionally stocks sell faster that we anticipate. We will advise you immediately if there will be a delay in dispatching your order.

All items are dispatched on receipt of payment; in the case of payment by way of a cheque, we will post on clearance.

If you have not received your order within 14 days of making payment, please contact us so that we can investigate.

Postage There is no charge for postage and packing of greetings cards to the UK .
We are able to post greetings cards internationally; Postage to North America and Canada will cost from £3.45. Postage within the EU, Switzerland and Scandinavia will cost £1.65.

Prices for the delivery of gifts in the UK vary according to weight, but will be a minimum of £3.95.

Gifts can also be sent to the US and Canada, international gift shipping costs approximately £13.00.

Mixed orders of cards and gifts would pay only the packaging and delivery charge relating to the gift(s) purchased.
