Returns policy
We hope you’ll love everything you buy from us and we want you to buy with confidence. Please advise us as soon as possible on 0117 378 1485 if you are not fully satisfied with your order.
If you would like a refund or exchange, please complete the form on the back of the dispatch note and return the items unused, complete in original packaging with tags attached and ready for resale, within 14 days.
Please note that we will only refund postage costs if the items are faulty. It is your responsibility to obtain a proof of postage receipt from your Post Office.
If you are returning goods from outside the UK, please ensure that you mark the documentation/packaging to clearly show that they are returned goods, otherwise any taxes or duties levied will be deducted from the refund amount.
The above conditions do not affect your statutory rights and in particular you should note that the Distance Selling Regulations apply to orders made over the Internet.
